Return Policy

You can return the goods without giving reasons within 14 days by returning the goods. The time limit begins after receipt of this notification in writing (by letter, fax, e-mail), but not before receiving the goods to the consignee (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first installment), and also does not fulfill our obligations under Article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 Sections 1 and 2 draft Law and our obligations in accordance with § 312e Section 1 Clause 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. Only if not shipped by parcel (eg bulky goods) you can declare the return by the withdrawal request in text form. During this period it is sufficient to send the goods or the payment. In any case, the return will be at our expense and risk. Return results

In the case of effective return to the respective benefits received and any benefits (eg advantages) to be returned. In case of deterioration of the goods, compensation may be claimed. This does not apply if the deterioration of the goods to their examination - as it would have in a retail store - is due. In addition, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation for a purpose by putting the goods caused by the goods as your property and avoid everything that could reduce its value. Obligations to reimburse payments must be made within 30 days. The period begins with the dispatch of the goods or return request, for us to receive.

The right is

1. not for distance selling contracts for the supply of goods to be produced to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs or which are not due to their condition suitable for its return or spoil quickly or whose expiration date has passed,

2. not apply to distance contracts for the delivery of audio or video recordings or software if the delivered data carriers have been unsealed by you,

3. not apply to distance contracts for the delivery of newspapers and magazines, unless you have given your contract phone.
